By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this End User Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") between you (the "User") and the developer.

 

Subscriptions:

In our app, we offer subscription-based services that provide additional features and functionality (the "Subscription(s)").

When you choose a subscription, you will be billed in advance on a regular and recurring basis during the "Billing Cycle." We offer different billing cycles, including weekly, monthly, or annually.

Upon confirming your purchase, the subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes Account. Unless you disable the auto-renewal feature at least 24 hours before the current period ends, your subscription will automatically renew. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by accessing your user's App Store Account Settings after completing the purchase. Please note that the account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, and the cost of renewal will be provided by our customer support team. To ensure a smooth payment process for your subscription, it is necessary to have a functional App Store account.

Intellectual Property:

The Company is the sole owner of the application, including all intellectual property rights associated with it. These rights are safeguarded by laws that protect copyright, trademarks, and other forms of intellectual property. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information, software, products, or services obtained from our application.

 

Disclaimer:

Our application is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the application will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
 

Limitation of Liability:

The Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our application. This includes damages that are not directly caused, but are a result of something else, significant or severe damages, or damages intended as punishment, even if the Company was warned about the potential for such damages.

Updates:

To enhance the user experience and address any identified bugs or introduce new features, our application may receive regular updates. These updates can be provided automatically or manually through the App Store. By accepting these terms, you consent to receive updates for our application.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive agreement between you (the User) and the Company regarding the use of our application. This agreement replaces and takes precedence over any previous or concurrent agreements, regardless of whether they were in written or verbal form.

Governing Law:

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country, disregarding any conflicts of laws principles.

Fee Changes:

In its sole discretion and at any time, the Chat AI reserves the right to modify the fees associated with renewable subscriptions. This means that the fees for accessing and using the Chat AI's services may be changed by the Chat AI at its discretion.

Agreement Changes:

We have the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Any modifications or replacements to the Terms will be considered material changes and will be determined solely by me. If you continue to use our Service after these changes take effect, you agree to follow the updated terms.
